Following our examination, we will present you with potential repairs, safety risks and aesthetic details that could greatly influence the rate at which the property can be rented.
Legislative preparations
Contract presentation
Finalize the terms of the contract and ensure consensus between the parties to ensure your needs are covered.
Receiving and signing annexes
As part of the commodatum contract, you will receive a number of attachments to ensure that all your belongings are registered before you start working with us.
Contract finalization
It will specify the range of services provided, the responsibilities of the parties and the financial terms which will clarify the expectations and legal protection of both parties.
Dedicated Account Manager
Each Credos customer is assigned an Account Manager who will assist them every step of the way.
From specific questions to regular updates, the Account Manager is your main point of contact and will be in charge of regular property inspections and performance reporting, communication with guests as well as the owner.
Apartment preparation
Design proposal
Depending on the condition of the apartment, Credos experts will suggest a customized design concept that guarantees the attractiveness of the property. This involves aligning the aesthetics of the property with current market trends.
Furnishing your apartment
We will position the furniture in such a way as to enhance its aesthetic appearance and practical utility. Later, we will add decorative elements (e.g. paintings, lights and decor elements) to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Preparing facilities
From basic amenities such as WiFi to premium amenities (e.g. espresso machine, Netflix, etc.), the Credos team will make sure guests have everything they need for a memorable experience.
Professional photography
One of the most important factors that will determine the success of your property is the quality of your photos.
Our photographers will make sure they capture the welcoming atmosphere of the property and highlight all its unique features.
Print local guide and apartment rules
To ensure a complete experience, we create a house rules guide as well as a local guide.
These will contain essential information about the property, as well as a wide selection of local services, facilities and sights available during your stay.
Automated check-in
In order to simplify guest access, we will introduce an automatic check-in system by installing a key-locker or a smart yale depending on the method agreed with the owner.
Guests will receive the access code on the day of the start of their stay. The code will of course be changed periodically to ensure the security of your property.
Supplies
The last step in preparing your apartment is stocking up on supplies. From toiletries to welcome gifts, we make sure that the property is fully prepared to welcome guests.
Listing
Creating the listing
The Credos team will upload the photos, prepare the property description, and fill in all other necessary details, such as the list of amenities.
Listing your apartment on 5 channels
To get the most visibility for your property, we will list it on AirBnb, Booking, Credos Properties, Vrbo, Agoda and Expedia.
Calendar synchronization
To stay up to date and avoid overlapping bookings, we will synchronize the 6 channel calendars directly with your dashboard in Credos Properties.
Everything will update automatically, without any effort on your part.
Adding your property to the Credos portal
Especially for guests who decide to return, we will add your property to the Credos Properties portal.
In addition to exposure, Credos customers benefit from uncommissioned bookings, resulting in higher revenue for you as a customer.

Monthly performance report
Each month, your Account Manager will send you a performance report to keep you up to date with the status of your property and the income generated by it.

The Credos team is available 24/7 and ready to solve any kind of guest problem.
From providing specific facilities (e.g. baby cot) to providing a new apartment in case of a technical breakdown (e.g. problems with the central heating).
When you want to use the apartment
If you wish to use the apartment during the year, the Account Manager will be at your disposal to block the periods you want at any time.
It will also advise you on market trends so you can make the best decision.
